Cancellation, date change and refunds:

I understand that I am holding a spot so reservations for LAAAM or Amelia Academy Class, training or event are Non-Refundable. If an unexpected event presents and you must cancel your reservation, you must write a letter at least 21 days in advance of the day of the event to ameliacademyofficial@gmail.com asking to apply for a credit to attend another event. The penalty to be paid for the change of date is $300 and you will be granted the remaining credit to be used in a period of 12 months. When this period passes, the credit will automatically expire.
Cancellation requests made within 15 days or less of the date of the event or the Non-Appearance of the day of the class will NOT receive credit and the penalty is 100% of the total.
In the case of cancellations due to Act of God (Force Majeure Causes) you must send an email with the documentation related to your case and if your request is accepted you will receive 50% in credit to use in another class in a period of 12 months.

When you register for the class, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.
